今天是12月5日。我吃燕麦片_。我也想分一杯羹的水果。所以我吃了草莓甜甜圈。我吃很多菜。早饭有大量的碳水化合物(糖)。糖让我充分。午餐我吃披萨。比萨有红色的番茄酱,白干酪和棕色痂。比萨有很多油。这是不健康的。我也吃了黄色的苹果。非洲的食物,我吃了晚饭。非洲粮食是非常辛辣,并有多种颜色。香料对健康有益。但石油是不健康的。今天我喝了很多水。
Today is December 5. I eat oatmeal for breakfast. I also want a piece of fruit. I therefore ate a strawberry donuts. I eat enough. my breakfast has a lot of carbohydrates (sugars). Sugar makes me full. lunch, I eat pizza. Pizza have red tomato sauce, white cheese and brown scab. pizza has a lot of oil. This is not healthy. I also eat a yellow apple. Africa's food I ate dinner. African food is very spicy and have many colors. Spices good for health. But oil is not healthy. Today I drank a lot of water.
